My son Super Kid started school this year and alongside learning reading, writing and numbers he has also had an education on a different topic. He has learned about Star Wars, obsession of many little boys (and some little girls of course) aged 5-100. Within weeks of starting school he came home talking about Luke Skywalker and Princess Lea, Storm Troupers and Chew Bacca and this was before he had even seen the films.

Now he has seen the earlier films (the ones made more recently are a little too dark) it has become a new passion shared with his school friends. So when All Fancy Dress contacted me about reviewing for them I looked no further than the Star Wars section. My son chose an Anakin Skywalker costume and matching lightsaber, and then proceeded to hassle me daily about when it would arrive.

I’m sure you will agree he looks every bit the mini Anakin, though if he hits his brother with the lightsaber again I may have to blow my top (might have to buy another to even things out). I would say though size wise the medium, for aged 5-7 does swamp him a little so a smaller child may want to consider the small sizing.

I have had a look around the All Fancy Dress website and it has a massive selection of costumes for adults and children.So whatever you fancy I’m sure you would find it there. Also you might want to check back here at the beginning of July as I’m going to be running a competition for them too.
