As I am basically a huge fan of sitting down I am partial to parenting activities which involve the aforementioned position. Jigsaw puzzles are brilliant because they combine sitting down, concentrating (hence less noise) and a slow pace, my kind of parenting.
As today is the first day of the school holidays I decided it was an ideal time to get out the Thundercats jigsaw puzzle duo that Jumbo sent us to review. There is a heroes puzzle and a villains puzzle, one 70 pieces and one 100 pieces. The pictures appeal to my eldest Super Kid, already a thunder cats fan, and the level of difficulty is perfect for him. He needed my help and it was a challenge so I think these puzzles will be keeping him entertained for a few years. I would defiantly recommend these puzzles for any superhero obsessed five to eight year old.
*Super Kid is five, Robo Boy is three, Wonder Girl is 14 months.
