I have always been a fan of Grobag products. I used Gro-bags with all my children when they were babies and the Gro-clock has been a lifesaver from my early riser (middle son) ensuring an extra half an hour in bed each day. So when The Gro Company asked if we would like to try their stay-on bedding we responded with a resounding “yes please”.

We were sent the jolly day out set and it is a lovely colourful spotty design which I love.

The idea with the stay-on bedding is that the all in one duvet/sheet/pillowcase set has a clever zip design to keep the duvet in place.  This is great because not only does it stop your child from rolling out of bed but it also prevents the covers from going over their head in the night. It all sounded so brilliant I couldn’t wait to give it a try.

I put the set on Robo Boy’s bed and he immediately loved the feeling of being so cozy. The stay-on bedding certainly fulfils its promises and then some. An added bonus of the stay on aspect was no more 2am wake ups to put the duvet back on after Robo Boy has managed to toss and turn and dump his on the floor.

I would recommend the stay-on bedding set for children moving from cot to bed as that’s when it would be most useful. It will prevent the need for a bed guard and help your child feel safe and secure in their new bed. I will certainly be using ours for Wonder Girl when she moves into her big girls bed.

*Robo Boy is three, Wonder Girl is 16 months.

*Disclaimer; we were sent The Gro Company stay-on bedding for the purposes of this review. My opinions are, as always, my own.
