It’s December and the build up to Christmas has begun in the Purple house. One of my favourite things about the Christmas season is festive family outings.
We love Westonbirt Arboretum’s Enchanted Christmas, an illuminated trail through the trees. So I was really looking forward to this years visit. Unfortunately this is also the season for colds and on Saturday I realised I had caught a one. After feeling increasingly grotty through the day I decided that an evening in the cold and crowds was not the best plan for me on this occasion.
So Mr Purple stepped up and took our children, wrapped up so snug that they closely resembled Michelin men, to Westonbirt on his own.
They had a lovely time, and couldn’t wait to tell me all about the experience when they got home. Here are some pictures from Mr Purple.
I would highly recommend visiting Westonbirt Enchanted Christmas. It’s happening every Friday, Saturday and Sunday between now and 18th of December. For more information and to book tickets visit their website.
Going here tomorrow and i can’t wait!
