Many conditions are diagnosed based on symptoms and presentation rather than with a conclusive diagnostic test. When you are diagnosed in this way it’s easy to experience diagnosis doubt.
These types of conditions include autism, ADHD, and other forms of neurodiversity. As well as physical disabilities like ME/CFS, Fibromyalgia and hEDS. These conditions tend to be diagnosed after one or more assessments and/or physical examination rather than with a test.
